I was blessed to then have Minor prewire the new house I was building in 2005. He structured wired, (prewired) the house with Cat-5 wire to distribute TV, Video, phone, computer network and Internet service to the entire house. This forward thinking on his design, makes it very cost effective, and if you have additional needs, or want to make upgrades as technology advances, this preplanning makes it very cost effective. After being in the home for sometime, I wanted to add some additional TV's to other rooms and make some upgrades to the electronic equipment. While during this mod work, Minor introduced me to Robert his partner . These two gentlemen make a great team both having the same goals in the providing the finest service, best quality, at a reasonable price. Their work environment is clean, neat, all debris removed and they always put Customer first.

I must say, Mr. Audio and Video are truly believers in their Mission Statement and always follow it.

They designed and installed a very complex computer system that has to communicate with a main server in the state of New Jersey. The specs of this system included remote access of data and phones. Everything was working and ready to go when we moved in. They even left detailed written instructions to get us going on how to work everything. Our system is very comprehensive with a lot of extra features. Even though our system does so many different things, they have made it very user friendly for us with the Universal Remote Control. Since we moved in they have added some additional features for us that we decided we wanted to be able to do. Like adding our IPOD with all of our Baby Boomer music on it, so that we can access it from the Universal Remote and it plays through whatever speakers we want to use inside our out on the patio. - We have worked with both Minor and Robert of Mr.Audio & Video for approximately 2 years. Our initial meeting with them included our builder during the "prewiring" stage of our home to make sure our future audio and video needs would be met. Since that initial meeting, we have had Minor and Robert mount and set-up our TV's and computer, install surround sound systems in our Great Room and FROG, program Harmony remotes for single source control of the systems, and add speakers to the "screened in" porch for playing music from both the Great Room TV and radio. I have worked with Minor Smith on an assortment of projects through the years while he was a lead technician at other companies. I was excited when he created his own company. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both Minor and Robert in creating our media room for our basement. They worked with me during the creative stages offering suggestions along the way while letting me have the final say in how the project was eventually going to develop. After figuring out what we collectively wanted to do, they simply told me what they were going to do, they told me what they were doing and then they told me what they did. Their communication of the project was great. Once complete, the system worked as planned with no issues. They were there to instruct me on the use of the remote control afterwards as well as the idiosyncracies of the entire system. They worked in a very efficient manner as well.
